I’ve collaborated with external agencies to create video assets. In my role as the content lead for organizations, I managed the agency relationship and led the video creation process from start to finish. I was actively involved in managing the video budget, communicating and finalizing the video briefs, conducting rounds of review, gathering feedback from all internal stakeholders / getting stakeholder buy-in, conveying the same to the agency, and ensuring the timely delivery of all assets. These videos were then distributed to target audiences via various channels such as newsletters, landing pages, social media, and blogs. Here are some examples of videos I’ve worked on.
